Kate Gyamfua Congratulates Hajia Saudatu Saeed

I write to congratulate my sister Hajia Saudatu Saeed for her approval by our party’s National Council as the Women Organiser(ag) of our party following the resignation of my friend and boss Hon. Otiko Afisa Djaba.

The ‘National Council, at its meeting, on 14th September, 2017, UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED the nomination of Hajia Saudatu Saeed as the acting national women organizer of the party. She was nominated by the party’s Steering Committee for the consideration of the National Council.”

Hajia Saudatu, until her appointment, was the deputy national women organizer of the party, a position I held for 4years which gave me an opportunity and impetus to do quite a lot for our women and which has propelled me to take over from my friend and boss since all indications prove that she may not be seeking for re election.

This appointment according to the General Secretary (ag.) has become necessary following the resignation of the party’s national women organizer, Hon. Otiko Afisa to take up appointment in government as Minister for Gender and Social Protection.

I write to congratulate my sister for her approval and wish her the very best as she works for the women of our party and our country at large.

I also use this opportunity to assure her of my continuous support as she works hard to improve upon the hard work done by my sister and boss Hon. Otiko Djaba.

Once again, I say Congratulations to my sister and wish her all the best.
