Association called National Drivers for change has visited Antoa shrine in the Ashanti region on Wednesday 12th February 2020 to make a ritual to expose person involved in the Airbus scandal called Government Official 1.
The Chairman for the association, Mr.Kwaku Boateng stated the ruling by the UK Court has internationally soiled the image of Ghana, putting the country into global ridicule and as concern citizens and tax payers they cannot sit unconcern for the good name of Ghana continue to be dirty.
He told Alibaba on KessbenFm breaking news that, they went to the Shrine with local eggs and Schnapps for the rituals. Adding that the family of that Government Official 1 in the country should prepare for funeral celebration in two weeks’ time if the GO1 insist to remain anonymous
“As I’m taking to you we have done with our rituals in Antoa, so we are telling the family of GO1 to buy coffin for his burial” Mr Boateng averred.
On the issue of the matter being referred to the Special Prosecutor by President Akuffo Addo to conduct his investigation into the scandal, the association reacting to it said, Mr Martin Amidu uses law in his investigation which the group believe it will delay the case.
The Antoa Shrine is spiritual prosecutor who works on time, and according to the group they have confidence that, the gods will expose the GO1 very soon.
“The special prosecutor is law, i put it to you and i put it to you will delay the case but ours punish offenders quickly. Therefore Mr Amidu should work his side and we are doing our side” he continued.
The national drivers for change is the not the first to demand unveil of the person called the Government official one.
Outspoken private legal practitioner Lawyer Dr. Maurice Ampaw had earlier thrown a challenge to former President John Dramani Mahama to come clean on the controversial Airbus scandal by swearing with the gods of the land including those from his hometown Bole Bamboi.
