202O Election: Campaign on NPP flagship programmes not insult – Mr Kofi Amankwa Manu tells party campaigners

The Parliamentary Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Atwima Kwanwoma Constituency, Mr Kofi Amankwa – Manu has counseled electoral campaign members at various community within the constituency to desist from politics of insult and violent activities as they resume door to door campaign.

The parliamentary candidate underscored that NPP can win 2020 election if the campaign members focus on telling Ghanaians about the government flagship programmes which is profiting the country.

Mr. Kofi Amankwa- Manu made this remarks at the inauguration of electoral areas campaign team at Apemanin- Kokoben, a community in the constituency on Friday, September 11, 2020.

Electoral areas of the following community were part of the inauguration: Akyeremade, Behenase, Kwanwoma, Trabuom, Apemanim, Dida and Foase.

Mr Kofi Manu was of the view that this year’s election is about records since the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress John Dramani Mahama had been a president before for a term as Nana Akufo Addo.

Ridiculing former president Mahama, he reiterated that governance is not about experiment and Ghanaians are discerning to vote massively against him on December 7.

“Governance is not about experiment and Ghanaians are not ready to give John Dramani Mahama a second chance, looking at the mess that he created. Ghanaians are discerning people and they are going to compare the policies of the two candidates to vote”.

Adding that “John Dramani Mahama had the chance of leading the country but nearly threw all of us into a ditch”
