Deputy NADMO coordinator and former deputy Ashanti regional minister ,Joseph Yammin is livid about the tearing down of NDC posters in some places considered as strongholds of the opposition NPP.

He believes defacing of posters of opponents is an act of cowardice and dares those involved in the act to perpetrate their activity in broad daylight.

Turning his attention to the Ashanti region, Joseph Yammin told rawgist.com’s Bernard Buachi that it is imperative for the Regional Police Commander; COP Kofi Boakye to take charge because “we won’t sit down for the NPP to abuse anyone during the election”.

“If they are going to start by tearing down posters, then they should be prepared because none of us will go into the election with posters, no political party”.

On Nana Akufo-Addo’s one village, one dam promise, Joseph Yammin stated that it is something that is unnecessary in the face of irrigation projects being undertaken by the current administration. He however called on the NPP flagbearer to come out and explain what kind of dams he was talking about. “Nana Addo should come and tell us if he is talking about boreholes and wells as well for the sake of clarity”
