Eden Hazard has admitted it would “be a dream” to player under Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane but says he is happy at Chelsea.
The Belgian forward has been linked with the La Liga giants on a number of occasions in recent years but Chelsea have managed to keep hold of Hazard, who is under contract until 2020.
Hazard insists he is happy at Stamford Bridge at present but admitted he would welcome the chance to work with “idol” Zidane in the future. “Everyone knows the respect I have for the man” Hazard told RTL.
“For the player he was and for the coach he is, he was my idol. “Of course I don’t know what will happen in my career in the future, but to play under him would be a dream.
“At this time, though, I’m happy at Chelsea. I still have a lot of things to do at Chelsea, and I’m focused on Chelsea.” Chelsea travel to West Brom in the next round of Premier League fixtures after the international break and punters may wish to use their free bet to back the Blues to secure all three points.
