RE: Free Education for the disabled – USAG urges Gov’t

It has come to the notice of the University Students’ Association of Ghana (USAG) executives and stakeholders of a story published by Kessben FM on Wednesday 13th November, 2017 that a supposed Joseph Agyekum promises to roll a free Education policy for the disabled university students.

It is hereby brought to the notice of all the media, all stakeholders and members of the University Students Association of Ghana that there is no such existence of any president of our prestigious Association by name Joseph Agyekum. The highest decision making body of our association is congress. And at the emergency Congress held at Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo region on Saturday 23rd September,2017 *Mr.* *OPPONG KESSE ALBERT* was validly elected president and was sworn in as the legitimate President on Saturday 28th October, 2017 at Methodist University, Dansoman Accra.
The story of the free education for the disabled University students is a fallacy from an imposter and should not be regarded by any.

Furthermore, the executives of USAG wants to bring to the attention of the media to stop interviewing that imposter Joseph Agyekum as USAG President. As a media if you want to grant interview you should verify to know you are dealing with the right person.

The USAG executives advice the imposter to desist from impersonating the USAG Executives especially the President or further actions would be brought against him.

Signed
USAG executives
