The daughter of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Anne, will visit the Manhyia Palace on Wednesday, April 5.
The Princess will pay a courtesy call on His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II,Asantehene.
A mini durbar will be held in her honour at the Manhyia Palace.
Princess Anne is in Ghana on a two-day visit.
The visit will likely revolve around the strengthening of relations between the UK and the Commonwealth, of which Ghana is a member.
Princess Anne’s last visited Ghana in 2011 where she undertook a series of engagements to promote and celebrate bilateral relationships.
Ghana is one of the few countries being visited in 2017 outside of Europe.
Her visit comes after similar ones by former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair and Britain’s Foreign Secretary, Boris Johnson.
