Obour’s mother laid to rest at Juaso

An astute musician and president of the Musician Union of Ghana(MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffour popularly known in the music industry as “Obour” has today laid in state the late mother Christiana Addo at Juaso in the Asante Akyem South of Ashanti region.

The burial ceremony today attracted several dignitaries who paid homage and expressed their condolences to the departed mother.

The late Christiana Addo who was affectionately known as Auntie Christie, attended the famous Yaa Asantewaa Girls secondary school in the Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana.

After completion, She worked briefly with the standard Charted Bank and the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly between 1967 and 1970.
In her marriage life, she was blessed with four children and several other grannies.

Before her passing on 24th July 2016 at age 68, she was domiciled in Liverpool in the United Kingdom
