NCA names and shames defaulting Radio stations

National Communications Authority (NCA) is owed GHS1,223,790,000 by some 76 commercial and community radio stations across the country.

Among them is Radio Gold which owes the NCA GHS61,330,000 and the campus radio station 105.1FM of the University of Education, Kumasi Campus which has been fined GHS100,000.00 for not paying its outstanding indebtedness of GHS1,090.00.

Also, 99.5FM, belonging to Coconut Groove Beach Resort & Conference Centre owes GHS35,950,000.00 as well as 92.7FM belonging to Media General Ghana Limited Formerly (Victory Broadcasting) which owes GHS48,030,000.00 and Atlantis Radio 87.9FM which owes GHS60,350,000.00.
