A media consultancy firm, MicJoy Advertising will next week award 11 honourable personalities for their outstanding contribution to national development in Ghana.
Among the 11 eleven are the immediate past Inspector General of Police (IGP), John Kudalor and immediate-past Ashanti Regional Police Commander, Commissioner of Police (COP) Nathan Kofi Boakye.
Two in Academia who are part of the awardees are the Principal of Jackson Education Complex, Mrs Theodosia W. Jackson and the President of the Ghana Technology University College (GTUC), Prof Osei Darkwa.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MicJoy Advertising, Michael Ampong says the 11 have really made outstanding contributions to Ghana as a developing country and the firm could not afford to frown on those contributions.
The 11 to him deserve awards to encourage others at the helm of affairs to do their maximum best especially in the areas of security and education.
“Society would mimic positive reinforcement for what others do to positively impact on development of a nation. They deserve awarding applause”, he is quoted as saying.
