KNUST Alumni Association to hold a forum on the role of Teknocrats in local governance, cost-effective public infrastructural development

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Alumni Association will on Tuesday the 30th of April 2019 hold a High level forum on the role of “Teknocrats” in Local Governance:”Cost-effective public infrastructural development.

A communiqué issued by the Alumni Association President Madam Cynthia Asare Bediako and copied Kessbenfm.com reads:

The ministries chapter of KNUST Alumni is organising a high level forum to deliberate on “The Role of the Teknocrat” in the various ministries , departments, Agencies (MDAs) and Assemblies in delivering cost effective, quality and affordable infrastructure at the local Assemblies for the benefit of the good people of Ghana.

The forum shall take place on Tuesday 30th April 2019 from 9 am to 2pm at the Ghana institution of Engineering at the Romans Ridge. Hon. Ing. Yaw Osafo-Maafo the senior Minister is the Guest Speaker. Other Speakers include the Head of the Local Government Service and resource persons from all the institutions.
