The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kessben Group of Companies, Mr. Stephen Kwabena Boateng popularly known as Mr. Kesse has disclosed that Kessben University College will from 2019/ 2020 academic year institute a scholarship scheme to support students who are needy but brilliant.
According to Mr. Kesse who is also the Chancellor of Kessben University College, the Scheme will be named “Chancellor’s Scholarship” which will seek award 200 students who fall between grades 6 and 10.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Omanhene Yaw Adu-Boakye on Kessben Media headquartered in Kumasi, Mr. Kwabena Kesse opined that it’s one of the booties giving to the people as part of the corporate social responsibility of the Group.
Mr. Kesse noted that beginning from this 2019/ 2020 academic year, first 100 students who qualify will receive a full Chancellor’s Scholarship Scheme, while others, hence, will receive fifty or thirty percent.
“Kessben Group of Companies is celebrating its 32nd Anniversary and Kessben University College being part of the group is instituting a scholarship scheme called ‘Chancellor’s Scholarship’ for our students who get aggregate 6 to 10,” he said
Mr. Kesse has Over 14 companies, including the Kessben University College, Multi Credit Savings and Loans Limited, Kessben Media, Kessben Travel and Tours, Joe Forex Bureau, Kessben Consult, et al.
Kessben Group of Companies is marking its 32nd Anniversary while Multi Credit Savings and Loans Company celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year.
