J H Mensah’s Family Pays Courtesy Call On NPP Leadership Ahead Of His Final Funeral Rites On Saturday

The family of the late NPP stalwart and revered statesman, Joseph Henry Mensah, on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 paid a courtesy call on the party leadership to officially inform the party about preparations towards his final funeral rites scheduled for Saturday, August 18 at the State House where is expected to be given a state burial.

The family delegation was led by the cousin to the late statesman, Mr. P.K Mensah as well as his daughter, Nana Yaa Taylor Mensah and nephew, Woja Kwabena Taylor.

Receiving the delegation at the party headquarters, the General Secretary, John Boadu, reiterated the party’s commitment to providing the necessary support to the family in these preparations in order to give a befitting burial to the man who had lived his entire life in service of country and party with an outstanding trackrecord.

Also present at the meeting to receive the delegation, were the Chairman of the party’s National Council of Elders, the venerable C.K Tedem, the party’s National Treasurer, Mr. Abankwa Yeboah as well as all the Acting Directors of the party.
