The Ashanti regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Bernard Antwi Boasiako will resume his visit to constituencies in the region, starting tomorrow Thursday, the 8th of June, 2017, after barely a week of suspension of the tour following the sudden death of his comrade Mr. Michael Ofori Atta.
Prior to that the regional party leader has so far toured the Ejura-Sekyedumasi, Mampong, Nsuta Kwamang Beposo, Afigya Sekyere East, Kwabre East, Old Tafo/Pankrono and Suame constituencies, Atwima Nwabiagya and Oforikrom.
Others include; Nhyiaeso, Manhyia North and South, Tafo, Asokwa among others. His visit to all the 47 constituencies in the region is to meet with constituency executives as well as the various MMDCEs who have been sworn in by the Regional Minister.
The tour assigned to him by the President and the Acting National Chairman, is more importantly to show appreciation to constituency party executives and mostly, to those at the grassroots levels who worked tirelessly to secure the needed votes which brought the victory that the country was looking for.
At every constituency that he has been to, Mr. Antwi Boasiako aka, Chairman WONTUMI was hopeful for one thing; that the youth will start enjoying the dividends for voting massively to return the NPP to power.
The resumption of the regional party boss’ visit will see him at Odotobri, Manso Edubia and NKwanta constituencies; Berkwai, Bosomtwe, Bosome Freho, Asante Akim North and South, Sekyere Afram Plains, Kumawu, Effiduase , Juaben and Ejisu constituencies.
The chairman is expected to sell the President’s message of job creation and tell the youth how the government is working to expand the economy for effective job creation exercise.
